No problem to make a custom ~106mm barrel for the Springfield XD's. As far as I know the Beretta can be done as well.

Price on the Springfield barrel is $289.00 plus fitting (should be negligable)...

Not sure what the price on the Beretta would be.
I understand the desire for a shorter barreled pistol, but are you guys aware that a 106mm barrel will stick out past the XD service pistol slide by more than 3/4 of an inch?

XD service has a 4" barrel. 4.173 - 4 != 0.75

That's a glock 33 it originally had a 3 and a half inch barrel or 88 mm
18 mm on that is almost 3/4 of an inch...

hey coltfan, i gave all this stuff to mark at questar and i had my gun in 3 days. from way east to way west, and north. if you already have your att it is really easy. actually easier than it was 20 years ago. did i say that??? by the same token,,, they know where all the guns are!! when they want them, they will know where to to go to get them. have fun with them before they come to get them. happy new year to all you guys and girls that like guns.
