If you get 5/10 round mags into the country properly marked, you may find that you will outsell anything else you could possibly bring in.

Is there even a source for loaded ammo and components in Canada for the caliber?

We will carry the reloading brass and the reloading dies.

The bullets will be quite easy to find in Canada. As for the loaded ammo, Armtac is not setup to deal with ammunition and we are working on that now.

You better import a billion or so appropriately marked magazines. I think that you will become very rich if you do.

Yes, you can put .50 beowulf in a 5.56 magazine. Anything beyond that is speculation.:ninja:

No, you're thinking of 458 socom.

From the Alexander Arms site:

Will the Beowulf® magazine feed .223 shells?

No, it will not.

Just to add to my last post on here...

I have cash ready for the 12" model! let me know the price and I'm am sold on it.

Also, I did the math on the numbers at Alexander Arms: An 12" upper as described by Armtac would cost $1059.99 US (NOT IN CANADA, again as per Alexander Arms website!!!).

Just throwing that all out there.

What about a 458 Socom pistol and properly marked 10 round pistol mags?

More from the Alexander Arms site:

Will the Beowulf® magazine feed .223 shells?

No, it will not.

Can any .223 magazine be used in the .50 Beowulf®?

Yes, but the feed lips must be modified. The feed lips need to be opened up to allow for the much larger cartridge. In addition, a new follower needs to be installed to allow for the single stack configuration of the Beowulf® cartridge.

I'm guessing that if you tried to load .223 into a Beowulf magazine, it most likely wouldn't function.

.458 socom uses unmodified AR15 mags. I believe .450 bushmaster does as well.

I'm just going by what it says on the Alexander Arms/Teppo Jutso websites. I've never handled any of those calibers.

AA indicated to me that the 10 rounds .50 mags will likely be able to use .223 Rem, however, u will have some feeding problem with the last round.

We will announce the price next week or so.

Wish I could afford another upper right now.

Does this mean you can get anything from Alexander Arms? I've been wanting one of their VentguardML free float tubes for a couple of years.
