Receivers are allowed to be imported as long as the completed firearm has an FRT to my knowledge. If these receivers were for say - a 18.5 CZ vz 2008 Sporter - there should be no problem bringing them in.
Getting them out of the US is the question, and you're probably more experience than any of us on that subject.
