Here are some pre answers as well to your questions:

1. Does it have a polymer or aluminum forend? Polymer forend (Compatible with the Magpul MOE accessories)

2. M4 profile barrel? Heavy Contour (Really thick before the gas block, regular heavy after) 18.5’’ length with a Threaded muzzle. AAC Flash Suppressor installed.

3. Alternate colours (coyote brown)? Not at this time

4. Folding stock? No, PRS Style fully adjustable, PSG21 look alike… A folding Stock can be purchase separately and install within a few second.

5. Will there be a basic and enhanced model? No, it’s a model on its own called DMR for ‘’Designed Marksman Rifle’’

6. Price and availability on spare barrels? Yes Extra Barrel will eventually be available but Price and ETA will be confirm at SHOT Show. Same story with the 10.5’’ Barrel ACR who will also be introduce at SHOT Show. In both case Bushmaster will be focusing on production so ETA on parts will be longer than the complete rifle.

I can't shoot 556 out of it?

I'm wondering as well. My bushy was advertised as .223 when I picked it up it was 5.56 on the barrel. I was told stamped 5.56 was allowed out now. let us know!
