Jenn's been swamped with emails and orders for the Team Canada hat.

If you sent between Friday evening and this morning, she's still working on it :D

She should get back to you shortly on that.

Fortis - we take this complaint very seriously. Thousands of people have used GRAYL, all over the world, and you are the first one to report sickness using the device.

I will contact you privately to retrieve the product at our cost. I need to study the device to determine whether this is 1. post-purchase damage 2. user error (no offense, but it can happen) or 3. manufacturing problem.

We will refund or replace, at your preference.

Very sorry for your experience with GRAYL.

I'll pass on these. There is too much area for cross contamination when using this product.

Even if being very careless, cross contamination would be really hard to achieve.

You can boil water, Jaime. You just need to remove the bottom rubber piece. That won't affect the water holding capacity, and the stainless steel can be placed directly on an open flame.

Of course, you lose your non-slip rubber bottom. But if that's a trade-off you're willing to make, you'll have a multi-purpose device.

    Safe adventures!
