The custom built 870 shotguns were custom built and tuned by us.
As many of us know things are not “made like they use to” to that point the tried and true Remington 870 shotgun is not what it used to be.
The 870 shot gun is the #1 selling shotgun of all times, will over 11 million sold, and estimated 7million still in use, it has proven its self to be a simple easy to use firearm.
We have built these custom 870 shotguns almost from the ground up.
We have taken new in box Remington 870 Tactical shotguns and completed the following work
Striped and honed action. Smoothed and polished action inside and out including magazine tube.
Stripped, honed and bead blasted pump forend.
Stripped polished and bead blasted trigger pins, stock nut, and forend nut
Strip and 3 stage polish bolt until it’s as smooth as chrome.
Striped and polish bolt carrier until smooth
Bead blast and Mil spec phosphate finish every steel part by it’s self
Remove old extractor and install metal police extractor.
Install Mil spec M1913 scope base and loc-tight screws
Install machined 7075T6 single point sling mount
Install 4140 steel over sized safety button
Install No jam bright green machined magazine follower
Cut install and test +power high quality magazine spring (650,000 cycle life)
Install solid machined 4140 steel +1 tube with 3 position sling plate
Install Hough short LOP or standard LOP black or Tan over molded stock set
Install 4 shot DSC on butt stock ( Detachable shot shell carrier)
Supply 1x 6 shot black ( Detachable shot shell carrier) (customer to install as they wish)
Test fire and function test
These guns do not come with a barrel as short barrels are in short supply
