yes, the only ex-soviet plant that sometimes runs copper jackets is tula, for a price.
So it is a bi-metal jacketed round with a lead core? Not very range friendly, but I am in.
I have tested many bullet with many material. 7.62x39 is nothing, have the same effect on steel plate as 223.
308 does much more damage. 300winmag is incrediable...
