they were to go to be upgraded right away so they are ready to ship as soon as the frt being issued. given its been many months that should be done. He had said he was doing that of his own accord at the time remember. we paid in advance so all isdone and ready to ship thats why we committed. If they have not done the upgrades I am not sure I want to wait, cause that means that even after frt issued we will wait long and that was not the deal.
Fact we are not getting a reply to this simple question having put our good money down ages ago is not right in my books.Its a simple yes or no. He had said it was being done he said he went down there to see it and there were not a ton of guns to do. yes or no?!

Oh yeah, all guns required for wait list are complete and test fired and boxed up, just waiting on the FRT and up they shall come.

Offered with best intentions, and paperwork complete for temp export on the US side. However if done, and if classification decision went negative, we are told there would be issues on the CDN legal side sending the guns back to the USA (export of 'machine guns'). Best protection for everyone who wants one of these rifles is to do it 'right' and wait for the FRT. Right now no one is being set up for an arbitrary fall. Please keep in mind that those who do the review also read this thread.

Yes, the inspection report results in the FRT. All semi-auto rifles with 'military lineage' require inspection prior to the issue of the FRT, since the T97 saga.

Not to put the carriage before the horse... The project is in the last stage, so to speak? Interesting! One would figure the written report would be generated fairly quickly, but then again...

I hope the report comes soon, closure will be welcomed.
