Hi Guys,
Just back up from working in Florida. Update to FRT is, the lab and William Etter say we are in the queue. To when we were told to contact the 'library custodian' at the lab, who apparently has the order list. We have asked the custodian and have not received a response. I asked the techs again today and they say, 'in the queue'.
As soon as I hear anything further, I will happily let you know.

If TV-PressPass can get an email from he RCMP with an estimated FRT completion date, why cant we?

Background: He submitted a VZ58 pistol for FRT and just posted the email back from the RCMP telling him an ETA.

If TV Press Pass could let me know who sent him this info I'd really appreciate it.

Oh yeah, all guns required for wait list are complete and test fired and boxed up, just waiting on the FRT and up they shall come.

Meaning, I understand, ready for the inspection report to be written. I know they have taken the photos of the guns for the FRT.
Also told that the RCMP shooting in Moncton had tied up the lab for a while.

Wasn't there something about " the end of summer " as a guesstimation? Or was that for something else?

We were told to expect Aug/Sept assuming the standard service time.

Reviews of Project Guns in the US are good when it comes to quality, but middle of the ground when it comes to fast turn around. Quality work takes time. If their work is worth the hype regarding quality, I'll wait for them to finish should it not yet be done.

I have now examined all RPD manufacturers work, as PG fixes the rest of them! PGs parts and work is TOPS. Some of the other manufacturers have produced fire control groups that just don't work, or don't work for long. While some produce parts that are hand filed, PGs parts are manufactured by a shop that otherwise produces titanium medical and dental parts, including the parts that get installed into humans. Comparing their parts to some others is like comparing Darra to NASA.
