I used to work for F....x as cargo handler( unloading planes and sorting packages) and believe me the way the packages are handled is beyond any means imaginable ,even if package says( Fragile or something) Packages are tossed and kicked all over the place. many boxes get damaged and it contents spilled all over the floor. Those kind of damaged mail gets taped together on the spot and tossed back on conveyor to next stage. Heavy boxes are particularly abused because of weight. Now, I don't and never will blame material handlers or ramp crew. its the U...S or F....x management who pushes people to the limit to unload 2 full Boeing's 737 in under 2 hours. I remember when Ipads first came in and ramp crew( me included) had to unload 50 000 Ipads, scan every single box and process to next stage in under 2 hours. Its miracle that any of those Ipads worked after.

That being said, when I ship something to someone I use caution how to pack and what packing material to use.Knowing that my shipment will be tossed and abused from point A to destination for at least 4 times.

Two years ago,I ordered 2 SKS rifles from Lever Arms, two packages came in to my place taped together, both barrels sticking out( even bayonets were visible)

    John
a firend of mine got the $75 sks deal, website said it was in stock, a month goes by before buddy calls Marstar and they informed him that the ammo is out of stock and he will have to wait at most a additional month before he got the gun+ammo..

over another month goes by before he finally received the rifle... and the ammo a week later

But i suppose john is going to want buddys name, order number, order date, birth certificate, social insurance number, etc before he can mentally process the fact that he screwed up...

Wow, it's amazing how many people love to jump on the " I'll never buy from marstar " bandwagon. I and several of my friends have ordered from them with no issues at all.

Keep up the good work John, I've always enjoyed reading your replies

"Not yet," I said. "I want to study its habits.
