I've dealt with Henry a couple times now and have had nothing but good experiences. Great to deal with on the phone and willing to work with you when it comes to shipping. The only thing I could think would make it better would be to allow local pickup but I understand why it's not allowed. At least canpar has reasonable rates. Anyways, just wanted to express some appreciation for a retailer that does it right.
