    I really like the idea of this but that 'foam' in the stock looks really cheap, I wonder how durable it would be, would it hold up under weather extremes, cleaning products? With a MSRP in the $750 range you would hope they designed it with this in mind. Its likely half the cost of this set is in the conversion tubes alone.

    The foam aids in the firearm being able to float as well as lighten the over all weight. This is a utility bush gun not a ferrari. I don't care what it looks like Chiappa. Just get r done

    As long as it shoots straight and has useable sights, I want the gun as small and light as it can be.

    Sheet metal and foam sounds good to me. It works for RVs and Airplanes.

    I like the idea of the foam making it able to float, but i am with AB.boy, it looks cheap like a single use styrofoam cooler than ends up in pieces before all of the beer had been emptied out of it. It would have been an easy fix to coat the foam in something so it at least looked a little nicer.

    That being said it's still up there on my "things i want" list
