    Omg a friend of mine had inherited a bunch of guns. Finally saw them on the weekend

    He has a 1942 Lee Enfield Canadian Ranger excellent condition has been used as a hunting rifle locally, doubt it's seen the artic, my buddy is torn to hear from me (actually mad) that I'm telling him it's not his grandfather's ww2 rifle.

    What is this fantastic rifle worth? How rare are they in civilian hands?

    Mine is an unissued LB 1950. Cost me $175 back in the late 1980s and been a safe-queen ever since. Not so much as a scratch on the feedramp....
