You do not need to be over 50 to shoot the .50BMG. Try it
so im not sure if anyone is still reading this thread but im gonna be buying a alfa proj revolver in .357 and i want a safariland speed loader. does anyone here have any idea which size of speed loader fits this revolver? im not able to get a solid answer for this and i having a hard time finding the detailed specs of this gun. if anyone know it would be amazing cheers.
I already had the 357 mag ,but I am thinking to buy a 9 mm,since this gun use moon clip .
I still really enjoy my Alpha Project 9261 for casual plinking. It's held up just fine for over ~1500 rounds so far. The cost of moon clips turned me off from using it for competition though. They are about $10-12 each when you can find them. Ended up buying a S&W 929 as well to try some steel shooting and maybe USPSA. I got moon clips for it at ~$1.50 each. So buying 100 moon clips to get set up saved me ~$1,000. Yep I used that math to justify buying the 929 lol.
Too many toys, too little time ...
Rusty Wood Trading Co. Used to stock moon clips and spring kits for these revolvers.
