    Ellwood Epps Contact informaton -- IMPORTANT Reminder

    Ellwood Epps has several E-mail addresses available so that customers can present their inquiries directly to the personnel who can best respond to those questions. Please review the Epps contact information provided below, and make certain that you are addressing your inquiries to the proper address. This will allow us to provide responses in a more timely manner, without the need to redirect customers to secondary addresses or contacts.

    Please update all address books accordingly to ensure your requests are directed to the proper channels.

    E-mail addresses

    info@ellwoodepps.com -- This address is for general questions regarding pricing, availability and ordering information for firearm, scopes, ammunition, reloading components, accessories, etc. This address is the main contact point for Ellwood Epps Sporting Goods, and can be used to place inquiries regarding policies, order information, and product concerns.

    photos@ellwoodepps.com -- This address is to be used to request photographs of any item listed in our inventory. Photo request are not answered from the info@ellwoodepps.com address. All requests sent to the info@ address will be returned to the sender with instructions to redirect to the proper address so that the staff responsible for photographs can provide those images directly to the customer's E-mail account.

    gunsmith@ellwoodepps.com -- This address is to be used to discuss gunsmithing questions pertaining to customer-owned firearms, or firearms already logged in our shop for servicing. This address is not to be used to inquire about products in inventory, nor to request pricing/availability on parts for customer-owned firearms. All such inquiries should be addressed to the info@ellwoodepps.com address only.


    Tracking Numbers

    All online orders are provided with a tracking number that is automatically added to that order once the package to be shipped has been packaged and prepared for delivery.

    When customers make any purchase through our online website, their order is automatically updated with shipping information, including the date the item left our store, and the tracking number for the courier assigned to deliver that package. By logging into their account, customers can find blue text marked Track Your Order. Clicking upon that link will redirect to the Canada Post website where the status of delivery will be displayed.

    If the blue Track Your Order link does not appear on the Order Information screen, that would be an indication that the product has not yet left our store.

    Please note that our Shipping department is manned by one person only, and while that staff member works as quickly as possible to ensure all parcels leave our shop in a timely manner, on occasion the sheer volume of goods scheduled to leave our store are simply overwhelming, which may result in a delay of several days before that item is prepared for pick-up and delivery to our customers. We are all gun owners ourselves, and we are just as impatient to have new purchases in our hands as the next person, but we do ask that you be patient with our staff. We are not trying to delay any delivery -- we do not have the room to do so even if we wanted to! All parcels are packaged and shipped from our store as quickly as possible. Please keep a watchful eye on the Track Your Order section of the order screen to determine when any item leaves our store and is in transit for delivery.

    Due to the current health situation, our store is closed to walk-in traffic. We are allowing pick-ups of pre-paid orders from our front door from 10.00 AM until 4.00 PM from Tuesdays through Sundays only.

    Customers are advised to call ahead before attending our store to make certain their orders are ready for pick up.

    Please ring the doorbell located there to summon our staff to assist you when you do arrive at our store.
