    But seriously, I have over 2000 rounds of the Norinco white box and yellow box 5.56.
    I put a magnet to rounds out of the first couple of boxes and, yep, no steel. So, I went on my merry way shooting up a storm.
    However, one day I'm shooting at a range-buddies reactive (AR) steel targets, and after the both of us putting maybe 100 rounds onto these things at 70 yards, we noticed 4 or 5 very deep gouges in the steel.
    So, I can't help but think that, now and then, some steel core bullets are to be found in these boxes of ammo.
