Just sit tight man, no point in making it stressful. Your transfer will get done and you will get your pistol. Everyone goes through it. I've had transfers done in 1 day to 3 weeks. I don't see why people need to call every 20 min to see what's happening. Your going to get your gun, go smoke a bomber and chill the f@#k out.

1-2 days in ON for a purchase from a dealer. I initiated a private transfer Tuesday last week, I got the documents by mail from CFO-Orilla today, surprisingly in record time, 6 working days. Some private transfers takes 2-4 weeks. Am I just lucky for this quick transfer process?

In Quebec for " military style rifles" quoted by the douch at the sûreté de Québec it's a minimum of 3 weeks
I got screwed because they transferred my AR and handgun at the same time so I have to wait on both
Usually for pistols it's approved and paper work in hand within 5 business days

My lastest AR is almost 4weeks in (private sale) and still not completed. The one before was 3 days from a dealer.

My last one was last week, in Ontario, took 1 business day.
Then again, I literally call at 10am sharp every day until it goes through. Never had to call more than once so far. I've done 4 transfers this way.

I initiated a restricted firearm's transfer Monday morning at 10AM. The transfer was approved and the documents in my hand (email) by 4PM Monday afternoon. Now that's what I call a quick and efficient CFO in Ontario.
