Also, I saw the earlier comment about Canadian made firearms not requiring an FRT. Have you guys considered expanding into manufacturing at all?

Norinco does not make any guns, they buy from the gun factories in China. Having been to all the small arms plants, I know of none with this info.

Yes, we have looked into manufacturing. We'll see. It is a dying business in Canada.

Hey guys, I am not sure if this is the original one or not, however these are the dimensions for the LOWER receiver of a SEMI-AUTO Ar-10. It is Dated '81 so I thought it may be.

HOWEVER these are from the Ar-10 newsletter, and hand made so I do not know if the dimensions might be slightly off...
Some call it retreating, I call it advancing in another direction!!!

John at wolverine supplies has an original ar10 select fire. Wonder if it could be blueprinted. Next would be some parts kits...

What a novel idea patterning a rifle you want to be non restricted off a prohibited firearm that is sure to work out.

Well it would have to be patterned off the select fire (original ar10) if you want it to be NR. You build it with auto sear holes filled in and solid so it cannot be converted to fa. The factory did just that in the 50s.and it was NR I believe, but incredibly rare.
The original ar10 is not a variant of the ar15 unlike the new production version.
