    who wouldnt be in for a norinco 1919 and or m2..fools thats who. if i have to spend a few days fit and finishing my m2 thats fine. it would still be MY m2. and that is something that makes me moist.

    Maybe some here can confirm... does the design of the gun have to be pre-1946*, or does the gun itself have to be, to be exempt from the 5-round limit on the belt?

    (*please tell me if I have the year wrong as well.)


    Anyway, I would definitely take an M-2 for $4500 - $5000.

    The belt goes with the gun generally, so the two are introduced together.
    If you then use a pre-1946 (1945 or older) belt in a modern design, that is fine.
    AS I UNDERSTAND IT!!! (Not a sweet-talking lawyer)

    And an all-new made in China M2 for $5000 aint gonna happen...
