    Savage bottom bolt release chassis bolt removal and trigger info.

    To install your Savage with a bottom bolt release in a TAC21 chassis you will need to remove some material from the bolt release arm.

    The red line is what needs to be filed off. ( Only take a little bit of material off at the time. )



    Here is a Video on how to remove the bolt from the Chassis. All you need is a Glock tool

    Got the bottom piece of my chassis back from MDT...

    Now the Bolt is easy to remove... Thanks MDT

    The picture doesn't work for me. Can anyone post one of what the chassis looks like on the bottom bolt release models? I understand it's a drilled hole somewhere in the trigger housing?! The video above also doesn't work. Sorry if this has been brought up before.
