Dominion Arms Grizzly Shotgun - 12.5 w/Ghost Ring Sights

    Has anyone tried it out?
The description says it has Interchangeable Screw-In Choke.
Does the choke help at all on such a short barrel?
    BTW, shotgun noob here...

Chokes affect spread more than barrel length. I have the magazine fed version without choke, as long as you clean the cosmoline from *every* nook and cranny it's reliable

This is my review of mine. I don't have an interchangeable choke, but the gun has been flawless thus far, I've even shot clays with it

It all depends on what you want a shotgun for.
If you are looking for something that looks cool and goes bang, or are scared of your own shadow in the bush than this is the gun for you.
If you are looking at getting into hunting or clay shooting i'd avoid this one

I like mine, I am pretty happy with its ability using rifled slugs at 50 yards. It holds them around a 4 inch grouping. I have a stand where shooting longer than 50 yards for a deer could not happen I plan on taking the shotgun there next deer season.

Do Remington barrels fit this one?
    I have a friend selling a 26" barrel from his 870.

I just sold mine, great little shotgun. They're not 870 choke threads though, as I understand the threading has changed a few times. You'll have to take it to a hunting store and try a few out.
