I had a Chinese co-worker that were 'converted' to right-handed. He asked me why I wasn't forced to use my right hand when i was young; he was surprised it wasn't common to do that here.
I was "converted" to right handed in kindergarten with a smack with a ruler in Selkirk, Manitoba. That would have been in 1970 a And the kindergarten was in a church... Maybe that was why... Now I can shoot ambidextrous!

The new batch of T97s appear to have a different magazine: they are lighter, painted and aren't serialized to the rifle.

I have a friend with one of the new ones which has constant FTF problems and compared his mag to mine: the rivets on his are the proverbial hair higher than on mine & the 5th round is a struggle to fit... I suspect too much spring compression to allow proper stripping of the rounds by the bolt.

My magazine works perfectly in his T97.

D&H, Gen M2 Pmags and LAR15 mags work perfectly.
A man who views the world the same at fifty as he did at twenty
has wasted thirty years of his life.
