    If I can remember correctly natural polymer has a grayish color. What You said makes sense - maybe it's all about exposure to UV?

    The color is just a tint. Call it polymer if you want, but it's just plastic and all the mags should be the same properties so that they form correctly and release from the injection moulds. I'm a tool and die maker. Plastic injection moulds is what I do.
