Whew! We saw the title and was this close to nuking your thread as one of those iphone spam bots!

We've looked at a few different iPhone adapters like that, but part of the problem now is that apple is limiting their market with differently sized iPhones. There was a time there where almost everyone was on the same setup, but now its a real dice roll as to whether a given phone will fit or not. We're hoping to find something adjustable a bit later in the year that would accommodate iOS and Android devices.

Not to derail the OP's thread but what about importing a device like this? For Iphone use as well.

The FLIR One made a big splash at Shot Show, and we are a full FLIR distributor in Canada and USA.

But, FLIR has been very cagey about actual availability and when these will ship. We had TVPP sit down with one of their engineers at the show.

While the FLIR One is a very cool system, we're not convinced that it will be a functional night vision system. MSX technology can make it very effective in daylight, but is reliant on a visible-light camera. The Lepton core used in the FLIR one is very small and very light, but also only has an 80x60 sized detector.

For comparison, our standard PS32 monocular has a 320x240 detector, and the top of the line units use 640x512 detectors.
