I ordered a few things from one shot, was worried about receiving an item in time for a trip as they were still waiting for another part of my order to arrive first. I corresponded with Jenn via email, and within 3-4hrs my issue was resolved. I feel as if they went above and beyond for me, I will definitely be ordering as much of my future AR build from them as I can!
