Do not dismiss it so quickly, initially I had the same impression but the pictures do not do a justice. Getting my hands on it really changed my mind quite quickly! The feel and fit of it is nice and comfortable.
In person is much different than through a monitor.

As much as I hate to admit this, I actually agree with Tyson on this one.
These stock actually look and feel very nice once you get your hands on them. I personally think they are practical, although they don't necessarily look like it in the pictures.
