    Cause thats what the military used and you can feel super cool when you shoot it and pretend your a operator in the sandbox . In actual fact its not the most accurate of ammo , you could probably get better preforming ammo accuracy wise for less, It is very reliable and durable though mostly because it was made for running through light machine guns.

    I'm going to say . . . No.

    Frangible means that the ammunition "dissolves" when it contacts a harder surface. So you'll prevent ricochets and over-penetration.

    It's essentially ammunition designed for training purposes. Can't see a problem with civilians having that.
