    Want!

I wonder if the regular Type 81 in 7.62x39 might get such a makeover as well?

There are a number of old threads about the Type 81 coming to Canada. Most in 2013. The search function is your friend.

He's most likely referring to threads such as these:

    www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php/1041769-Chinese-type-81-Non-restricted-not-on-the-FRT?highlight=type+81

    www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php/913405-Chinese-Type-81-heard-they-are-coming-to-Canada?highlight=type+81

There are more to be seen, but I do not wish to derail the current discussion.

In short, a search will yield good results on this topic.

unless something has changed in the last few months, its my understanding tactical imports is doing their best to bring in several models of the Type 81. its been a long road, several years now.

    Love it.
Listen, and understand. That Liberal is out there. It can’t be bargained with. It can’t be reasoned with. It doesn’t feel pity, or remorse- only fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until your guns are gone.
