Bass Pro was surprisingly well priced for certain stuff last time I was there. Sail is always a huge ripoff. There's Gagnon Sports in Oshawa, they're pretty good

Macs, I don't know which Sail you go to, but Sail in Oshawa seems to be cheaper...and has totally eclipsed anyone else in customer service. Even if they are a few bucks more, I get treated like a fellow gun nut instead of a "punk kid", which as been my reception at other shop's counters. By no means trying to start an argument, but as a young looking usually well dressed 29 year old, how I'm treated means a lot to me :D.
