They are here ordered mine this morning. Don't know how many they go in or how many they got left. So if you want one its time to get off the pot. Yea Haa!

Just put some $ down for mine, it will be in late next week!
Asked how many are coming in and how many are left and they said 20 and only 5 are left!
Better move fast if you want one.
Any chance there will be another run of these?
Maybe in .45-70 or something similar?

I hunted in Montana with a 45/70 Magnum Research BFR revolver. Wasn't "unmanageable", but I wouldn't go have a 50 round range day with it. LMAO!
I also hunt coyotes down south with a 460V S&W the same as the one I have in Canada. I range day with it here, then when I visit my buddies in ND I use theirs. Only coyotes, but I thin kit has more felt recoil than the 45/70. A 500 has a bit more than that even.
Out of a takedown rifle, for the intended purpose of wilderness portability and defence, is would be just fine.
I think I might be in love. I’m new here and about to purchase my first firearm. I’m looking for something fun to shoot that will also serve as descent bear defence. While I LOVE the Chiappa Scout, I simply can't justify spending that kind of scratch.
Would Wanstalls ever consider a joint venture with Rossi to offer a 12” version of the 1892 Puma .44MAG or .45lc? Or maybe… the Rossi Ranch Hand with a full stock? Judging by some of the comments here, this would go over pretty well.

Wanstalls any chance of getting a run of these made in .45-70 or similar caliber?
