I dont know the person or the whole situation BUT let's take the word NEED out of this. You may not feel as though you need firearms and that is your prerogative. However, firearms are not only for "defence" they are use for sustenance as well as sport. I am not saying dont file a report but ibwould say take a long hard look at the situation as well as the intentions of the user

It's already been said a thousand time, if you have concern about the behavior of that person, call the police and social services. Don't wonder whether or not he should have a PAL, the problem is obviously with the person, not inanimate objects he/she owns.

How many of you got into fist fights in school? You own guns, Does this mean you are a murderer in the making?

You people take things to the extreme. Yelling or getting physical is a looong way from using a gun to take a life.
No record and no charges only means nobody has called the cops yet.

IMHO you should have called the CFC a long time ago. What I COMPLETELY disagree with is coming on here and putting this whole story out in the public. Your wording and story makes it seem like you have it out for this bully and are making him out to be a horrible person when there is obviously no proof/record of that. You're acting like the reckless one when you talk about taking his guns away without his knowledge and saying that won't be the worst of his problems. Its ridiculous, your putting this out there to see if your witch hunt against someone you dislike is justified.

Its a sad trend when people post things like this on the internet when they're just fishing for validation/justification.
