Because ... Canada ... lol. I'm just happy that they've made the effort to get this stuff to us. Its all good to ask the question I suppose but hopefully you're not riled about it or anything. If you feel its priced to high then you don't have to buy it ... if no one buys it then they can decide if they can sell it any cheaper. If they can, they will, if they can't, they'll stop selling it. Life.

The 4lb containers aren't approved for Canada. If they were they would be a lot cheaper per pound. Remember there is shipping to Canada, exchange, brokerage, shipping from the importer to the dealer etc
