Do you have any first hand experience using these new PARAs? Everyone seems to thrash the older ones, but the only guy i know with a 16-40 loves it and swears by its reliability
I know a few guys that had the Canadian Forces edition model and some worked amazing and some were horrible.
I'm going to grab one for one of our sponsored shooters and let them put it through it's paces.

I have a two year old para 14-45 and I love it. A great looking gun. And feels great to shoot. It needs to be clean to shoot right (unlike my glock) but I would buy it again.
Mega made full length 10 round mags with dimple.
Good to hear theyre back to making good reliable pistols.
15 yrs ago I met the owner,,had a tour of their production facility in Scarborough, and was offered free shooting to try out their guns any time.
Stupid me..not into handguns,,I didnt go back. Doh.
Hope theyre doing well with their move to the US.

I'm always antsy when I hear the name Para Ordinance after they went State side. Hopefully things have improved and just as reliable as any of the current top 1911 makers...
