    i am talking about the WHOLE pistol in FDE... Grips yea nice extra but I want a full FDE pistol.

    My research suggests that if I purchase it in 9 mm and later convert it to 40 s&w I would need to purchase two additional parts - the slide and barrel.
    But if I purchase it in 40 s&w and later convert it to 9 mm I would need to purchase only one additional part - the barrel.
    Is this correct?
