    OSTS Low Light Shoot/ Carbine Skills Workshop

    OSTS Low Light Shoot, and OSTS Carbine Skills Scheduled in August:

    OSTS Low Light Shoot

    When: 8th August, 7:30 P.M.

    Where: Rockcut Gun Club (RCGC)

    Low light engagements offer unique challenges and the skills to operate effectively in this environment must be trained just as hard as any other. The ability to assess and deal with these situations is crucial. Join our OSTS instructors on the evening of the 8th August to develop yourself in low light environments. Shooters may use pistol or rifle for this event.

    **Following the instruction and practice, shooters will have the option to stay overnight on the semi-austere conditions of RCGC with the OSTS instructors. Field-craft and basic survival skills will be run post shooting.**

    Costs: $25.00

    OSTS Carbine Skills Workshop

    When: 9th August, 8:30 A.M.– 5:30 P.M.

    Where: RCGC

    This workshop will focus on skills required to effectively operate a carbine in practical or recreational environments. The OSTS instructors will breakdown the required skills to their base elements, allowing students improve upon their abilities.

    The OSTS Carbine Skills Workshop will be an training event focused on developing shooters in the following areas:

    -Shooting Fundamentals
    -Reloads
    -Malfunction Drills
    -Positional Shooting
    -Barricades
    -Movement between Static Positions

    Cost: $105.00
