    Miss Your Service Rifle?

Miss you're old service rifle? Do you long to be able to hold a C7 or C8 again? Well now you can throw out that teddy bear and cuddle up with the new Colt Canada/Diemaco semi auto versions of your beloved service firearm.

The Colt Canada SA20 is a civilian version of the latest incarnation of the C7A2 rifle. Featuring a 20 inch cold hammer forged barrel, Colt/Troy folding sights, Ambi selector and forces style buttpad on the collapsible stock. These rifles come with OTIS cleaning kit, Franzen magwell keylock, sling and a colt 5/30 round magazine. These rifles are restricted.
Price on these is $2140.00 plus taxes (remember you get free shipping in July)

The Colt Canada SA15.7 is the civilian version of the C8A2, featuring a 15.7 in cold hammer forged "heavy barrel" with A2 style flash hider. It has an A2 front sight with a Colt/Troy folding rear. Ambi selector, OTIS cleaning kit, Franzen keyed magwell lock and sling along with a colt 5/30 magazine round out this find little carbine.
Priced at $2360.00 plus tax (once again...FREE SHIPPING in July), these rifles would make a great competition gun and all around plinker (as well as a good device should there really be a zombie uprising).

I see the ambi safety, but is the mag release ambidextrous as well? I can't tell from the image, it looks like the old school C7A1 style mag release...

Thanks Grumpy! for the time being, I got my name on one in a rack still, but I'm within a couple of years of bailing out. It'd be nice to have one of these and an Elcan on the top of it when I release...

Hmmmm, if I remember right. My C7 had a fun switch which appears to be missing. However It never got used very much so this is just as good.

Wish I had the cash, and yes I do remember my C7. Before they started coming out with optics for the troops. I can almost remember my rifle number. Only if I had the cash.
