That MR308A3 comes in at a much better p[rice than say the SR25, nice.
For the G28 kits does that come with rail as well or just the new stock???
They will fit most accessories. The rail I think is proprietary and you can only replace it with a rail specifically designed for the HK416/417 such as the Geissele rails.
Obviously the bolt and pistol cannot be replaced with other parts. Stocks and pistol grips, change away you can put anything you want.. but the stock it comes with is really nice already. Only thing I'd change might be the pistol grip.

Can the Mr308A3 be mounted on an AR10 lower?
I did a search around the web, I do not think it does. The take down pins seem to be different and the MR308A3 lower uses proprietary mags.
Someone with more experience with an HK can answer this....
I know that MR223 uppers can match with other AR15 lowers though
