Question for you on this T15BDX lower. Do they incorporate the factory installed STBA feature? Ie , stainless trigger and bushing assemblies?

These do not. these are the base billet lowers if you will.

If you only do what interest you, at least one person is pleased.

Registered as a stripped lower right away, you call the CFC when it's built to be a functional firearm and they will change the registration.
It's getting a little bit Sunday around here.....

I just bought an RRA stripped lower from questar... couple of questions
    1) are these registered as restricted firearms? Can I build my AR on top of it and ready to go? Or do I have to Call CFO again after its assembled
    2) I guess these are technically "Pistol Lowers"...say...eventually ARs get unrestricted....will these still be restricted?

    Thanks!
    G-
there are two kinds of gun-crime victim relatives:
the ones who take actions politically to advocate gun carry for self defense,
and the ones who take actions to ban guns out of the people above.

no such thing as a pistol lower...
as for classification they would have to unrestrict the ar by name and than it would fall into the NR class governed by barrel length deeming if your firearm is less than 16 " barrel its restricted so basically since the upper is interchangeable so easily with different barrel lengths the chances of this type of gun ever becoming unrestricted IMHO is 0%
wish things were different but we live in canukistan
