Would you be able to do the SA only conversion that was previously only availble through sending it to CZ custom (ie not available for us....)

Can you do the Accu-Shadow upgrades? :D
I would take a few shadow slide stops and a set of flush safeties if you brought them.
Stop by the booth and see us and CZ. They will be able to tell you what they can do on site and what they can't. There will be a large amount of parts there so talk to the folks and we'll be happy to help you out.
