    Two locks

So regarding the two locks for a restricted law. I was just noticing that my pelican case has not one but two lock rings, one on either corner. I hadn't considered it, but does a lock on each ring qualify as two locks and negate using any kind of trigger lock or cable lock? Likewise would those briefcase style cases with snap latches with built in locks be considered two locks.

I really dislike cable and trigger locks so that would be nice if it were the case.

Unfortunately not. There needs to be one locking mechanism that renders the firearm disabled, and locking mechanism that renders the container secure.
