    Registration certificate

I recently purchased my first pistol. I received my buyers' notice of transfer and short term ATT by email within 3 days. Two days after that I received my ATT in the mail. The conditions on my ATT states that I must be in possession of the registration certificate for any restricted firearms I am transporting. The notice of transfer says that the registration certificate will be mailed separately. It's been a couple weeks now and I really want to go shoot this thing. Everything was going so much faster than I anticipated. I got it in my possession so quickly but now I'm stuck waiting. Is it always like this? Why was I allowed to transport it home with only the transfer notice and short term ATT but can't go to a range now?

Call the CFO mine (NB) said the buyer transfer was acceptable to transport until the reg came in. Yours may say you'll go to jail who knows. They also said that the certs are issued federally and they are behind due to vacations.
