    Got 500 to try them in my MK18 and my KAC SR15, best thing is always trial and error... JP.

    Barnaul has a bimetal jacket = accelerated barrel wear. One thing to keep in mind.

    Given what Grove ^ just said, seems a lot better. I would like to see what others report in AR's or similar semi autos.

    I just ended up ordering some Remington UMC from SFRC. I was originally going to get some steel cased stuff, but after reading mixed reviews in some ARs, I didnt want to take the risk in ordering a bunch. Also Palmetto State Armoury (my AR15 manufacturer) specifically states in the manual not to use steel cased ammo. I probably should have added a box of 20 just to test though.

    me and my range buddy also used a lot of Barnaul in 7.62.39 and it was amazing stuff......very good quality

    9mm and 7.62 x51 also are very good quality for the price
