Try calling IOTUSA or add the .net and take a look. They will sell to anybody, I think the issue is the paperwork behind it all now that things have gotten more complicated.. I know them and had factory fresh in the smaller stuff, just like the DOD GI stuff because that is one of the NSN contractors. Hope this helps you both.
