I returned a Norinco rifle through my dealer for repairs a couple of months ago and would like to get an idea of when I might see it back?
How do we go about inquiring on status of repairs?

The North Sylva website is completely blank with exception of a portal for dealer login. Rather limits the ability to call or send an email.
The dealer is a little ho-hum on expectations of warranty work returns and after a conversation with their counter person, I thought it best to get status first hand from the distributor.
