I would like to get a Slick side side upper and barrel, bolt combo and build my own.

Pardon the 7.62x39 noob here, but I thought the taper on the 7.62x39 casing dictates a more prominent curvature of the magazine? Are there feeding issues when using a standard 5.56 AR mag? Thanks!
7.62x39 won't work in a 5.56 mag.

Damn I'm in Taiwan now and was in bed when these uppers were online and sold out. How long before more are available?
Yay! Got the mail alert that uppers are back in stock, just ordered one with a couple XCR 10 round mags. It hurts that a few months ago, I got a whole rifle for near the cost of the upper =)
