I thought Lend Lease rifles were limited to the 38001 rifles transferred to the UK in 41/42?

What other lend lease programs would these receivers have come from?

I guess I shouldn't have said lend lease. I mean given to another country. The US gave 100's of thousands to other countries...Denmark, were the Breda and Beretta ones came from, got over 60k M1's from the US.

If you find out where these receivers were sourced from it would be quite interesting to know. To end up having a Danish "Springfield" to go with my Danish "Breda" would be neat.

Mine is April 1945, just before the end of hostilities in Europe. It's in pretty good condition, not much finish left but the metal is in good shape. This was my first purchase with SFRC and I'm very impressed with the service.

Use google. Type in "how to date a springfield garand receiver"

Review websites. That's how I did it.

Haven't looked at this thread for a while.
It's a 2005 Mustang GT which I've owned since new.
It has been extensively modified and raced.
As the car currently sits it puts out 543rwhp and 499ft.lbs of torque on the stock motor with a supercharger running 14psi of boost.
It runs 11.1 in the 1/4 mile and it's not setup for drag racing.

Don’t argue with idiots. They’ll drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.
