Can someone confirm what size the ring screws and rail mount screws/bolts are? Torques are on the website, but not the sizes.

Weird request but, however the top screws are #8s and the cross bolts are 1/4"

The reason he posted the request was we wanted to make sure he had the right bits for his torque wrench. It saves you from going to the store and buying sizes that you don't need.

In that case I misunderstood the question. A 1/2 inch socket is required for the crossbolt nut and a number 25 torx for the top as the screw/bolt diameter do not always correspond to the size of tool required to torque them.
Typically a 1/4" bolt uses a 7/16 socket and a #8 can use many different size and types of bits.

Thanks, yes, I apologize for the poor phrasing of my question. But if a 1/2 inch socket for the crossbolt nut and a number 25 torx are the answer then I got what I came for as I am presently deciding which rings I will get for my FNAR.
