Homeland Security is now requires a Statutory Declaration on how scopes were exported. We have to complete it. False statements would lead to us not being able to import.

Think about it, why would we post erroneous info? We are the distributor and responsible for Sightron in Canada.

Sightron has made the decision to offer the Limited Lifetime warranty for our international customers. I have attached the new warranty for you to read. The new warranty will be placed on the website by the end of the day.

In your original post you didn't state that the policy had changed, hence the reason for my question. There was a thread in the optics forum a couple of weeks ago on the changed policy. Glad to see Sightron came around and did the proper thing.
