    Homeland Security is now requires a Statutory Declaration on how scopes were exported. We have to complete it. False statements would lead to us not being able to import.

    In your original post you didn't state that the policy had changed, hence the reason for my question. There was a thread in the optics forum a couple of weeks ago on the changed policy. Glad to see Sightron came around and did the proper thing.
