    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Nabs, I would suggest that no one in a position to act was aware of the condition of the item you received. I would bet that whoever picked and packed that item doesn't take their job as seriously as they should, and that those that do, would fix this for you, if they were made aware. To err is human.     That is possible. I did send the two pictures of the received barrel band, the same ones I shared on my first post, along with my RMA request along with a link to the advertisement page showing the barrel band as pictured on the website to aid in justifying a full refund request.

    I am not yelling, however we have learned over the years that unless we reply in bold type in an effort to bring attention to our reply, many come back giving us hell that we did not reply....
