    Perchlorate is way too reactive to use in this application

    Question,

    Do I have to shoot it right away after shaking it all up?

    Here's my vision:

    We do a christmas shoot at the farm every year, and this year i want to make snowman with binary targets in them. So if i make the snow man in the morning will the targets be fine to shoot in the evening?

    Put a teeny bit of vaseline in the lid to seal the threads before you close the lid, then seal the exterior joint with electrical tape. You should be good to go.

    I don't think it will settle itself out unless it gets shaken/vibrated (as it would in transport if you shook it and home and drove to the range). If you are putting it in a stationary snowman I doubt settling would be an issue
